Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need a website?
The Internet is good place for either established companies, or new ventures, to grow and develop their business. A website will help new or existing customers gain better access to your products or services and is a cost effective way to deliver customer support and provide information about your company. A website can be used as a stand-alone way of generating new business, or as an aid to your Customer Services, Sales and Marketing Departments. A website is there 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, allowing your customers to reach you outside of your normal business hours.

Why should a business have a website?
Like Yellow Pages, Newspapers, Radio, T.V. and other forms of Media, a Website is another way to deliver a message or connecting a buyer and a seller. It lends itself more to Directory Advertising like Yellow Pages, but with unlimited space: by the time a consumer has looked up your Website on the World Wide Web, they are usually ready to make a purchase decision and are researching who and where to spend their money.

How long does it take to build a website?
The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the clients requirements. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. If you require a basic website with about four pages this can take as little as a few days or up to a week.
